Sharjah Performing Arts Academy (SPAA) seeks a highly motivated and experienced **Programme Leader – Production Arts** to lead and develop specialized education and training in the production arts profession. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Programme Leader will oversee the Production Arts Faculty, manage the Academy’s production arts programmes, and ensure high-quality teaching and learning. This role requires a strong background in professional creative production within the performing arts, a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, and experience in higher education. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop partnerships with key stakeholders in the UAE and the region, promoting the Academy and its programmes. This is a full-time position based in Sharjah, UAE.

The Marketing and Communications Manager at Sharjah Performing Arts Academy (SPAA) will lead strategies to enhance the Academy's brand, boost student enrollment, and promote events. This full-time role involves managing a team, overseeing content creation, executing digital marketing campaigns, and maintaining media relations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field and have 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in education.
