Thalia is a highly accomplished artist with over 20 years of worldwide experience in performing and teaching. Her expertise spans across various dance styles, aerial arts, contortion, and pole fitness.
Born in Mexico City, Thalia began her dance education at the age of 9 and has been performing professionally since she was 16. Her artistic journey has taken her across the globe, where she has showcased her solo acts and delivered over 75 workshops in countries including Mexico, Spain, USA, Costa Rica, Switzerland, Italy, UK, Iceland, France, Portugal, Romania, Azerbaijan, UAE, Oman, Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and India. She has also competed in numerous international competitions, earning prestigious titles such as National, Latin-American, and European Pole Champion.
For the past seven years, Thalia has flourished in the Middle East as a performer, teacher, and choreographer. Notable achievements include performing as a dancer and aerialist in the renowned show "La Perle" by Franco Dragone, as well as serving as Dance Captain and part of the Choreography Team for the Opening Ceremony at Expo 2020. Currently, she is a faculty member at Sharjah Performing Arts Academy, the region’s first Performing Arts Institute, where she plays a vital role in shaping future generations of artists.
Thalia is also an inspirational coach, dedicated to motivating individuals to pursue their dreams. She provides the highest level of training, equipping her students with the skills and knowledge to excel in the performing arts industry.
In addition to her artistic accomplishments, Thalia holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master's degree in Psychology, enhancing her ability to connect with and mentor her students effectively.
