Scope of the Job:
- Reporting to: Marketing and Communications Manager
- Working hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM OR 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, who is comfortable managing social media channels and has basic web development/editing skills. The candidate will play a key role in supporting our online presence and ensuring our digital content is up to date, engaging, and aligned with SPAA's brand.
Website Management
- Perform regular updates to SPAA's website (e.g. uploading content, updating pages, and fixing minor formatting issues)
- Coordinate with developers or vendors when deeper technical support is needed.
- Ensure content is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day activities across all social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging posts in line with marketing campaigns and key messages.
- Handle account management, community engagement, and response to inquiries/comments.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns, including ad creation, boosting posts, and tracking performance analytics.
- Support email marketing campaigns and digital newsletters.
- Assist with performance tracking and reporting for digital channels.
- Liaise with the wider marketing team to align digital efforts with broader campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform changes.
Essential:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in social media management and basic web editing.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines.
- Available to join immediately.
Desirable:
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Insights.
