Throwback to SPAA's Term 3 Launch: Unleashing Creativity in Scenic Painting Workshops!

Term 3 at the Sharjah Performing Arts Academy (SPAA) began on a vibrant note earlier this year with two days dedicated to intensive scenic painting workshops. The atmosphere buzzed with creativity and excitement as students delved into the world of scenic artistry, guided by industry experts.   Primary Pathway Spotlight: Our Primary Pathway students embarked on a journey into the realm of Scenic Art Backdrop painting for Film, led by the talented Alice Milburn-Foster. With brushes in hand and canvases awaiting their touch, students immersed themselves in a master class that unveiled the intricacies of creating captivating backdrops for the silver screen.   Secondary Pathway Focus: Meanwhile, our Secondary Pathway students were treated to a master class with Anna Caffery from @tjhokopaint. Their focus? Exploring innovative methods to upcycle furniture, from Decoupage to Adding Embellishments, Painting, and Ageing with glazes. With boundless creativity and a touch of flair, students transformed ordinary furniture into works of art.   A World of Opportunities: These workshops not only provided students with valuable hands-on experience but also opened doors to exciting opportunities in the world of performing arts.
