SPAA celebrates the success of Term 2

SPAA celebrates a wonderful end of term full of spectacular work, breathtaking performances and more. We are incredibly proud of SPAA’s extraordinary students for all the hard work and effort they have put into this term. So many exciting productions, showcases and projects created from backstage to performing by our talented SPAA students. and from those projects we have
  • Nimrod 2023 that was written by Sharjah ruler his highness Sheikh Sultan and was performed by SPAA students from all programmes, in the opening of 4th Sharjah theatre festival, on SPAA stage.
  • Disconnect Dance Show that was a production by the year 2 dance diploma students and the production programme students, and was choreographed by Tom Dale, Giuseppe Casiero, Jemima Brown and Alex Jessop.
  • SPAA singers showcasing their talents at the British Embassy’s celebration for St David’s Day with lovely renditions of the UAE and Welsh National Anthems, as well as the Welsh classic, ‘Calon Lân’.  They sang alongside the ever-talented singer-songwriter Eve Goodman. A wonderful night for all!
  •  Mamma Mia Swing Project by year 3 Musical theatre students that showed their progress.
  • Hooray for Hollywood showcase which was a 60-minute show introducing the audience to the wonderful world of Musical Theatre, performed by 33 of our first-year students.
  • The Train Show Musical that was a devised piece by year 3 musical theatre students with the support of the lazours.We are so proud of our students this term and wish them a happy and safe holiday. See you next term!
