Dr Noura Al Hinai

Dr Noura Al Hinai is a well-recognised academic, author, engineer and a woman of substance in the U.A.E. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering in 2006. She progressed in her educational attainment and successfully added another honourable PhD degree in Communication Engineering in 2010. Both degrees were earned from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia.

In 2020, Dr Al Hinai added another perspective to her career and worked as a Senior Specialist – Inspector in the Inspection Sector at the Ministry of Education. In 2017, Dr Al Hinai joined the Higher Colleges of Technology in the position of Sr.  Manager – Academic Services and Advising. In 2020 was promoted to Associate Director – Admissions and Student Information System at the Registrar’s Office.

Before joining the Higher Colleges of Technology, Dr Al Hinai presided over many projects as a Project Manager at ADNOC Onshore and Telecommunication Specialist at ADWEA. In addition, Dr Al Hinai has several research publications in well-reputed journals and conferences; she recently co-authored a book titled “Artificial Intelligence in Biomedical Engineering”, published by Elsevier.
