Nimmi Karoj

Nimmi is a Senior HR Executive, bringing more than 8 years of diverse Human Resources experience to the SPAA team. She is an independent, ambitious and self-confident HR professional.

Prior to joining SPAA, Nimmi served as a Senior HR Officer in various industries, including health care, water treatment, legal services and retail. Nimmi’s areas of expertise include new hire, performance management, organisational development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR administration.

Nimmi earned her post graduate degree, Masters in Business Administration, from Karunya University, India.

Nimmi believes that being in HR allows her to interact with a variety of people, and every interaction is a learning opportunity.
