Sarah comes to SPAA from London, UK, where she has been a Director of theatrical agency Savages Personal Management for the past five years, representing actors, directors, and writers working across all areas of the industry including London’s West End, Royal Shakespeare Company, Royal National Theatre, Royal Court, international, regional and touring theatre, feature films, television, radio, commercials, cruise ships, and corporate work. 

Sarah’s academic background includes MA Producing Film & Television (University of London), MPhil Criminology (University of Cambridge), BA (First Class Hons) Social Sciences (University of London), and a Diploma in Careers Guidance (Manchester Metropolitan University). Sarah is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).

Sarah has worked professionally in the performing arts industry for more than 30 years. She trained at Guildford School of Acting (GSA) and has performed in theatre, musical theatre, film, radio, television and commercials both in the UK and internationally. Her first acting role was in Kenya. As a stage director and producer Sarah established Oddkasst Theatre, London Theatre Workshop and Artful Theatre, developing and producing new works, classic plays, and musicals.

After gaining her Master's degree in Producing Film and Television, under the guidance of iconic producers Tony Garnett (The Wednesday Play / Kes / World Productions) and Barry Hanson (The Long Good Friday), Sarah worked as a storyliner and script editor for Talkback Thames TV on the daily drama series Family Affairs, followed by work with leading theatrical agents Artists Rights Group and the legendary agent, Bernard Hunter. Other script work has included editing for the radio comedy series, Barmy Dale, new theatre writing, TV and film script development.
