Overview
The Scenofest Coordinator will assist the Scenofest Producer in the planning, coordination, and execution of Scenofest at World Stage Design 2025. This role involves logistical support, communication with participants and stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth delivery of Scenofest.
- Administrative & Logistical Support: Assist the Scenofest producer in scheduling, planning, coordinating venues, managing event timelines, and ensuring all logistical aspects of Scenofest run smoothly.
- Participant & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Producer, speakers, workshop leaders, performers, and participants, ensuring they have the necessary information and support.
- Event Coordination: Work closely with different teams (SPAA faculty, marketing, production, hospitality) to ensure smooth execution of workshops, talks, performances, and other activities.
- On-Site Support: Assist with setup, participant registration, troubleshooting issues, and providing real-time support during Scenofest.
- Marketing & Promotion Support: Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure event details are shared across platforms and assist with promotional materials as needed.
- Volunteer & Team Coordination: Help manage volunteers and support staff, ensuring they are well-informed and efficiently assigned to tasks.
- Budget & Resource Management Support: Assist in tracking expenses, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective solutions are in place.
- Report & Feedback Collection: Gather participant and stakeholder feedback, assist in post-event reporting, and contribute to the evaluation of Scenofest’s success.
- Additional Responsibilities: Support any other tasks assigned by the Scenofest Producer or Project Director to ensure the smooth operation of the event.
