Overview
World Stage Design 2025 is looking for a creative and organized Marketing & Graphic Design Co-Ordinator to support our marketing, design, and social media engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience who is proficient in graphic design and eager to contribute to a major international event in performance design and live events.
Graphic Design
- Design marketing materials, including social media graphics, event banners, presentations, flyers, and email visuals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all promotional materials.
- Edit and repurpose existing visuals for different marketing needs.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Partnerships Officer to develop engaging visual content for campaigns.
Marketing & Social Media
- Assist in scheduling and managing social media content across platforms and community management
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and online updates.
- Share live updates and content during the event
- Support tracking and organizing marketing materials and event-related assets.
- Strong graphic design skills (proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools). 1-2 years’ experience is preferred.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to create visually compelling content.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good written communication skills.
- Interest in the arts, or performance arts industry is a plus.
